These guys are subtle.
Yes, shoplifting has been getting out of hand in many inner cities, most especially those with Soros-installed easy-going District Attorneys*. Still, somehow nobody has much of an idea what is the exact "mechanism", if I may, causing this increase.
Lots of times, the shoplifters come organized into large groups of vandals, but the FBI wanted to put the focus on the smaller parties that are often the culprits.

PS: That was a pretty cosmic post, Dieter. I get that you would like to suggest some of this universal cosmic stuff as a screen play. I suggest you bring it up to Steve Sailer on his blog, as he has elementary school ffriends who are assistant key grips and other high-falutin' Hollywood people. ;-}

The strory-line would reveal that they were deeply influenced by the now famous Tobias Rathjen***** - a financial adviser and weapons-collecing incel who had been to business- and motivation seminars which were influenced by - Charles Sanders Peirce. And this business-advice/motivation story-line goes to say: That all our thoughts go out into the universe and come back from there - clarified - - - if you do it right.
We are all .i.n. .c.o.n.t.a.c.t. with the universe's wisdom and harmony - according to Ch. S. Peirce, see?!
The Rathjen Story-line, found on his computers, then came to the following conclusion:
