Trump: Throwing their trash back into the faces of the ctrl-left

A couple of things I will continue saying about Donald Trump are: The guy knows how to campaign. He knows how to fight the Lyin' Press.

Over the last couple of days I've seen 2 instances of Trump going after Dark Brandon, the Lyin' Press, and their stupidity by throwing the words of the left back at them.

1) The word "bloodbath" was being bandied about for a few weeks. This was due to Mr. Trump having used that word in its figurative sense to describe what would happen to the US auto industry if tariffs weren't enacted. Here was his wording:
No, we’re going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you’re not going to be able to sell those cars if I get elected. Now, if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole — that’s going to be the least of it, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the country, that’ll be the least of it.
For the whole ... what now? Yes, Trump talks in circles often and doesn't finish sentences before others start out of his mouth. However, he finished his thought, and we know what he meant.

The Lyin' Press tried to enact the narrative that Trump said something about an actual bloodbath in this country. "Inciting violence!" Well, people have the internet now, and they were able to read or hear Trump's words to see the Lyin' Press was full of it.

That's not the end of the heavy use of this word though. Here's Trump, per this Forbes article:
Trump reprised his controversial use of the word “bloodbath” in discussing Biden’s immigration policies and high-profile crimes in which the accused defendants were living in the country illegally, telling a crowd in Michigan “I stand before you today to declare that Joe Biden’s border bloodbath …” before pausing himself, seemingly to emphasize his use of the term, then adding, “and that’s what it is—it’s a bloodbath.”
Indeed it IS a bloodbath, in the nearly literal sense.* Great job, Mr. Trump!

2) As most Peak Stupidity readers would have read here and elsewhere. Zhou Bai Dien proclaimed Easter Sunday the "Transgender Day of Visibility." this past Good Friday. Trashing of Christian holidays and all culture is de rigueur for those in the modern ctrl-left.

This proclamation and usurpation by Dark Brandon didn't go over to well with millions of Christians, not-so-needless-to-say**.

Trump threw this back into the face of the left, per The Gateway Pundit here, with his own proclamation and hopefully accurate prediction:
“November 5 is going to be called Christian Visibility Day, when Christians turn out in numbers that nobody’s ever seen before.”

That's how you do it! The more Trump throws their words back into their faces, the less the ctrl-left will be prone to spout off via their Lyin' Press arm. Or, they'll continue to commit this stupidity but regret it later.

* Nobody is bathing in blood, but much blood has been spilled by the violence of the army of invaders from around the world that Bai Dien and Mayorkas have purposely, treasonously, invited and allowed into the country.

** Until recently, it seems like people have been taking this stuff and presenting their other cheeks. So, this needed to be said.

PS: "Morrison’s grave at Cimetière du Père-Lachaise " Ahhaa, thanks. Not bad for a memory of 3 1/2 decades ago, which I haven't looked up since. I'll go find that photo later. Thanks for the interesting links, Alarmist. Where is that Oscar Wilde carving/statue?

PS

The Israelis have not yet reached the sheer numbers of dead attributable to their recent crimes against humanity, but the depravity of a number of the Israeli atrocities recently carried out makes the Nazis look like boy scouts.

The IDF hunted down aid workers and killed them from one vehicle to another, knowing exactly who and what they were, and then said, “Oops, mistakes were made.” Storming hospitals and executing doctors and patients as terrorists: “Oops, mistakes were made.” Shooting Israelis, who escaped from Hamas, while they were waving a white flag to try to reach safety with the IDF who killed them: “Oops, mistakes were made.”

“Mistakes were made” is apparently the new, “We were just following orders.”

Morrison’s grave at Cimetière du Père-Lachaise was fairly non-descript but for the little gifts and poems littering it.

Another notable grave/monument worth looking for is that of Oscar Wilde, which was festooned with dozens of lip-prints and poems from women who still adore him. The winged angel on it once included a penis, but two female English prudes chiseled it away.

Yet another grave/monument that receives the attention of women is that of Victor Noir; the crotch of the broze figure is polished by repeated rubbing by women who are of the belief it will enhance their fertility. I’ll leave it to your attention as to how it is being rubbed.

PS - I want to give a working example of my strong rock-songs theory:
Commedian Jimmy dore wrote on X:
Israel is bombing at least 3 different countries at the same time in desperate attempt to start WW3, Netanyahu is the biggest terrorist in the Middle East, he makes ISIS look like boy scouts.
Standing with Israel is against the interests of the U.S. & very anti-American.…

Israel is trying to provoke a war with Iran to get the US directly involved x.com/alihashem_tv/s…Bird of the Knight@BirdoftheKnight·

another Twitterer answered with this W. B. Yeats - quote
....somewhere in sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,Is moving
its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

PS: Mr. Blanc, “referential opacity” sounds like a good lawyerly term. That describes well what they did, but then, it's a matter of "the optics" of it all, as they say. People, will, rightly IMO, remember that this proclamation of Tranny Vis Day was to be on Easter Sunday - the first they've (including me) heard about it.

PS: Alarmist, this was in the mid-80's when I was on that Doors kick, well after their time, of course. I'd heard "Light my Fire" too many times, and a few others, but a friend who had gotten into that band had me listen to lots of their good stuff off the albums.

Then, a couple of years later, I ran into someone else I knew, coincidentally, in a different part of the country. We hung out a few times, and he tried to turn me on to The Doors. "Wait, man, are you talkin' to me? I can tell you good songs you haven't even heard yet!"

(I didn't know who the 4 Beatles were during their time. First music I bought was the red greatest hits and later the blue greatest hits. Maybe it was the other way around, but it was the old Rock & Roll and easygoing stuff first then later the one with the weirder stuff.)

Mr. Kief, that sounds like some good music. I could pick the Dead, Jackson Brown, and Eagles' songs for you, if I know the point you would be trying to convey. Rich and weird?

Since you brought it up, I did go to that graveyard, Pierre la Chase or something like that, back during my long rail trip in the 1980s. There was way too much graffiti written on his grave and all around there. Chopin was buried nearby, IIRC. I even have a few pictures on glossy paper, actual pictures, that is, of this spot, one with some long-haired drugged-out looking girl distraught about Mr. Morrison, I guess, even though he'd killed himself from drugs/drinking a decade and a half prior.

PS

You listened to the Beatles because that is what your girlfriend liked, but you listened to the Doors because you were an American male???

Actually, my first 45 was The Hollies “Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress” ... yeah, they were Brits, but I liked the sound of that one.

PS Of course they knew what they were doing, and of course they did it to crap all over Easter. But they did it in such a way that they could do it and deny that “that” is what they did. Maybe they didn’t know it, but they made use of something that analytic philosophers call “referential opacity”, where substitution of different names for the same thing in intentional contexts yields different truth values. They didn’t proclaim “Easter” to be TWD, they proclaimed “31 March 2024” to be TWD. Read the proclamation: “Easter” is nowhere to be found. Whether TWD will be a big thing in six years remains to be seen. Heaven only knows what the Harris administration will be up to in six years. By then it might be compulsory. Re the Doors: I don’t know that I had a Doors phase, but back in the late 1960s, when I was most interested in popujlar music, I sure heard a lot of Doors on the radio. Never bought any of their records, though. Of course, I didn’t buy many of anyone’s records, as I didn’t have any money.

PS: Re: The Doors. Is it just me and a whole bunch of people I know, or did everyone have a "Doors" phase when he was young?

PS: I was aware of this thing, Mr. Blanc, the fact that this Tranny holiday is based - from some BS proclamation - on the date, not day. I read that in some "fact check" site saying how wrong Conservatives/Christians were on this. However, this year it WAS on Easter, and Bai Dien talked about it on Good Friday.

I see a parallel with some discussion I had with a black co-worker about the big gun rally on Jan 20th of '20 (in Virginia - I wrote about it here: https://www.peakstupidity.com/index.php?post=1313 ) Actually to save on explaining again, from that post:

"... but please realize that the VCDL (Virginia Civil Defense League) has been running this rally/meeting-with-reps at the Virginia State House on the day of the beginning of the legislative session for YEARS. This was not something new, and not something designed to particularly interrupt other festivities related to the bullshit MILK Feral holiday."

It was a little different from this situation, as the gun rallies and meetings had been a thing for years, maybe even going back before MILK day.

Yes, they do maintain that their date just happened to coincide with Easter. BTW, no, it could not possibly coincide to the day next year. Without even looking up when Easter Sunday will be, I can figure that, with only 1 leap year in between, '28, it'll be 6 years before Tranny Visibility Day falls on a Sunday. Will we have one country that is told to care about Tranny Visibility Day in '30? I doubt it.

I suppose this administration *could* have been so incompetent as not to look at a calendar first.

Nah. It was a deliberate snub of the largest religious group in the country.

The Alarmist: I have the following theory, apropos your DOORS quote: That the Blooming of Rock led to the reformulation of basic High-Culture insights (=Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Confuzian, Daoist) into handy lines and songs. So: Yep, The Doors are one of these arty Masters of the Universe taking part in this highly competitive/productive reformulation business.

They were (not least!) a pop version of Christian thoughts, mainly: Death as a universal trait***, overarching our existence/ (= unavoidable part of reality). and Morrison as the quintessential Doors-man - showed that by going to Paris (Catholic/cultural capital of the world for a long time) - to die.Another great Doors line is this WEIRD scene inside the Gold Mine.- - - I'd love to know, whether or not Joseph - The WEiRDEST People in the World - Henrich has a camouflaged quote here in his book's title: But the song and the book sure make the connection of being rich and weird as a common characteristic of  - - -the West... If I'd write my Instruction Manual for Modernity, I might include a chapter about a handful of songs which deliver/refomulate (!!!) the basic insights (Western) modernity is based on: I'd for sure include Sympathy for the Devil (Stoen), Revolution (by The Beatles) - at least  (!) one Eagles song, a Jackson Brwone a Grateful Dead Song, as a footnote a stage announcement by Duane Allman, at four in the morning, after having played for three hours straight and giving encore after encore.

***There's also a drug fueled (Aldous Huxley...) Hamlet and Nietzsche in the Doors' cosmos - - -

PS To be precise, Mr Biden declared 31 March 2024 to be Trans Worship Day. As it turned out, 31 March 2024 turned out to be Easter in the Western churches. Next year, it is highly unlikely (maybe impossible; I don’t know just how Easter is calculated) that TWD will coincide with Easter. I’d bet a dollar to a dime that TLJ and his merry band picked 31 March this year because it happened to coincide with Easter, but they can truly maintain that their proclamation does not mention Easter. Sly bunch, they.

“… when Christians turn out in numbers that nobody’s ever seen before.”

At the rate the regime is going, those Christians will be outnumbered (and outvoted) five to one. No one’s getting out of here alive.

Cue The Doors ….
