This is a screenshot from The Gateway Pundit, not the video itself. It's at the bottom.

No, that wouldn't even be a good name for a rock band*. In Minnesota, don'tcha' know? Shiloh obviously sounds like a Southern girl's. name, and Somalians, I mean what the...? I'd have figured a Rochester, Minnesota girl would be Natalie, Marge, Helen, Mary... Tyler Moore, or something, and we were led to believe (in a 1970s TV show) that there'd be no Somalians in a place like Rochester, Minnesota.
OK, we're being facetious here, as we HAVE kept up with the immigration invasion, including the refugee resettlement scam. As if they hadn't already screwed up by creating a big welfare State in the upper midwest to where native blacks from other States moved up, the nice White Minnesota ladies invited 10's to 100's of thousands of foreigner blacks from Somalia, repeating a 200-400 year old mistake.
Well, for this "N-word" story today (one I just read about today, after reading "Shiloh" here for a while in bewilderment) the difference between mistakes made by Shiloh Hendrix's possible 20th generation ancestors vs. those made by her parents' or grandparents" generation doesn't matter. This could have happened either way, with either "community". As I watched the viral video of Miss(?) Hendrix admitting (OH! GOSH!) to calling a budding little thief a nigger and not backing down, I had a memory from years ago of some little black girl grabbing something of my boy's off the bench at this same type of playground. Her little brother seemed to be eyeing stuff too. It was the appropriate time to give my son John Derbyshire's The Talk - non-Black! version. He was about 4 y/o, so I had to abbreviate it quite a bit, to "You have to keep an eye on 'them'." I don't remember having known who the Mom was there at the playground, and luckily, yes, we have no
Miss Hendrix must have had the word "nigger" nearby in her head, meaning she had some experience with racial matters. No, it's no longer Mary Tyler Moore's Minnesota. (... and this is Rochester, even, not Minneagadishu.) You get pissed, and the bad words come out... rude, but it ain't no crime [/Billy Joel]. OTOH, stealing someone's diaper bag at the park is, but it was a little thief, so whaddya' do? Usually nothing - just walk away and cool down.
Mr. concerned good
I'm sorry if I don't pay attention to, or really care about, foreign students who get kicked out of the country for speech of some kind, that is, as compared to the de facto ban on certain "Hate Speech" by the Establishment, in which free speech has been limited for 2 decades. It was very nice to see Shiloh Hendrix not back down to this race hustling Somalian... and multiple times at that. I suppose once you're already on camera, the rest of them are free, as they say.
Young people especially know how video is everywhere, and it can put your good or bad moments "up" for all the world to see. Yet, young Shiloh thought "Screw it, we shouldn't have to take grief from some worthless foreigner for not putting up with theft from my little one in our formerly White spaces." I am very glad to see that she is getting a lot of support from (ya' gotta figure) White people around the country and also that she has not backed down, as of press time.
Will the BLM types and Commie goons be stirred up by their leaders to start another Floyd campaign 5 years later, in the same State even? Well, see, nobody died... but then, saying "nigger" is worse than murder, apparently. I'm guessing even the Snowflakes of Minnesota won't put up with any more of that. The Commies will have to come up with something else, because, single-motherhood, arm-long tattoos and all****, Shiloh Hendrix is something of a hero. I don't proclaim the following in jest, as the wording suggests:

(AI cartoon kindly provided by Adam Smith, without his permission.)
In comments below, Adam Smith has given a link to Shiloh's GiveSendGo page. It's up to $619,000 and climbing, with many small donations. It's perhaps hypocritical for me to urge people to Give, Send, and Go(?) when I haven't, but I seriously have a problem with apps and personal info for ANYTHING that doesn't need it. I send checks and cash. Were I to be sure to have a good address for this young lady, I may send her $100 and a nice thank you note. Hopefully she's the type that cares about what happens here not solely for her ability to get away (but where?! This was Minne-freaking-sota!) from this "community", but I also hopes she does care, and is proud of, her probably unintentional blow for free speech in America.
Here's the video from Adam Smith's youtube channel (No, you can't use the clicker there, Meathead!)
If the youtube MiniTru Dept. strips it out, Adam has provided us with 2 other sources. Thanks!
PS: This isn't unexpected, but it's too bad Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit has nowhere near the courage of young Shiloh. His post on this story reads "N-Word" in the title, and he made this into story of the criminality of the Somalian playground-goer rather than any defense of Shiloh Hendrix and free speech. Beyond that, he advises discretion of his readers (hence my not having cropped that out above) due to, what... the one word? Cuck!
* Hat tip to good old Dave Barry.
** See this take on the parable of The Good Samaritan.
*** Not to be confused with a guy named Omer, who was involved in some crime with him. It used to be you wouldn't get confused by Omar/Omer because THERE! WERE! NONE! in America.
**** From thoughts of Greg Hood in the article on this story linked-to up top also, The Battle of Shiloh. Yes, clever title there.

PS. Update: I just looked after a few days, and Shiloh's GSG fund seems to be topping out at just over 3/4 million bucks. Not bad. It's not just about Save Shiloh, but also that people are not fearful of giving to an alleged "HATE SPEAKER!"
Thanks for the PSBC additions, Mr. Smith.

PS: Mr. Anderson, I didn't know for sure what you meant before. I am glad for you that you can do MOST of the things you like doing still. While you're on the links, hopefully some "militant" golfer won't yell at you while you pass by in the buggy, "Walk the course, bitchez!"
It's good to read from you hear, and I'm glad you're reading. I figure, if anything, my post that mention Minnesota would bring you out.
Mr. Smith, I'd heard "picaninny" long ago from Southerners. I really don't think it was too much of any insult back in the day - say, 1970s or earlier. It does sound like a modern phrase, with "pica" meaning really tiny, but that can't be its root.

Thanks Mr. Smith. Iโm actually doing OK- Iโve found out there are many different forms of Parkinsonism, apparently Iโm afflicted with one of the more manageable ones. And, being retired, I have no real responsibilities. I can still play golf, although as a militant โ you have to walk the courseโ guy, taking a cart has been a transition. Indeed. It's usually not worth it. If it were I wouldn't mind paying for it. But, generally speaking, why would I pay $16 for two Whoppers* and a large fry when for the same price I can buy a tri-tip to grill? A tri-tip makes a sizable meal with enough leftovers for two days worth of roast beef sandwiches. And it's delicious.

PS: Re the young hockey or lacrosse players. I know that they would be petrified of using the word "nigger" or of being accused of doing so. That's even more reason to have to (unfortunately) have video recording going on all the damn time, as at least one may be able to prove he didn't say it THEN at least. It'd be hard to prove a negative for a longer period - "He called me that yesterday!"
It'd be really better if that accusation had no more bite to it than if one had been called "cracker", "Whitey", or the more generic "asshole", "dick", "fuckwad", you name it. I've been saying for a while that "jackass" has been sorely underutilized as an insult. Let's bring that back "on line".
No, I didn't even notice your typos and such, and I won't go looking now.

PS: I probably should have looked up the demographics of Rochester and Olmstead Cnty, Minn. earlier. The biggest thing in Rochester is that Mayo Clinic. If you think you* have problems, you should meet people that travel from all over the world to get help - I think mostly for the children. It makes most everything else seem to be A-OK.
Anyway, the girl I'm sure just blurted it out. What that means to me is that she is very racially conscious, I would guess compared to her parents (were they all in Minnesota), and her grandparents even more so. The latter wouldn't even have an occasion to use the term, lest they were ragging on those evil racist Southerners. (So, we'll show 'em. Get out the vote. Up the welfare. Donate to the Lutherans.)
Sorry, Mr. Anderson, that sounds like it's picking on Minnesotans as that commenter Reg Caesar on TUR would do to Southerners. He seemed to blame them all for having brought in the slaves. I suppose that's like thinking all Minnesotans agree with the decades-long importation of Somalians. A difference is that this is going on NOW, while the slave trade into the US was over 200 years ago.
* That is "you" in general, not Mr. Anderson.

PS: Hello, SafeNow. Watch the video - her hand is just the least of it. Her whole arm is tattooed up. I really hate to see that.
I wrote a comment to an UR commenter recently about tattoos. Last week, at the coffee shop, there were dozens of smoking hot college girls milling about. One, who had just as nice a body, from first glance, had maybe 50-75% of her exposed body (and they'd all be exposing a LOT) covered. (Thankfully, not her face) I sure she didn't care that I in particular didn't take any 2nd look, but I've got the same chromosomes as the next guy, and I don't know... maybe the young men are so used to it. Same nice shape still, same smooth young skin, but with tattoos all over, it's not at all the same to me. Bad move, IMO!
That whole arm could be covered up, at least. Just wear long sleeves, even in the Cullman, Alabama summer... yes, as Mayor - I like it. I heard removing tattoos is very painful. Worse than getting a Kung Flu jab. [/Steve Sailer]
Yeah, Cullman and some other cities in northern Alabama are very White, relatively, nearly as much as commenter Adam Smith's neck of the woods in N. Georgia. The Alabamans call everything else "LA", for "Lower Alabama", and not in a nice way.

PS: Mr. Rille, I get your point about the differences in ancestry between that Somalian and any standard-issue black guy whose ancestors (thankfully for them) were put on the boat. [/Cassius Clay?]. Of course, the "racial memories" (were they actually a real thing) of any long history of Jim Crow and slavery might make one averse to hearing the word "nigger" from ANYONE, especially one's own "brothers".
That aside, the kid that the young lady called the name was not that Somalian's kis - I don't know if he was Somalian or not. (I suppose a check on wiki - also for Mr. Anderson's sake for his questions about Olmstead County and Rochester, the city - would be in order.) Maybe Shiloh wouldn't have known either, as much as there is a big difference in looks. I'm not sure if the Mom, much less Dad, of the kids in question was mentioned or even around.
Now, Shiloh called that guy "nigger" because he tried to get her to back down out of fear. Imagine that, some foreigner has that much power to shut you up and get you to go running away, just due to that word. Well, she didn't back down, and at that point, yeah, she may as well have gone all out, as she did.
Of course, Mr. Omar was not seriously insulted himself - he just thought he had great power over young White Shiloh - really he did, but if people stick up en masse for this young woman, next time a worthless guy like that won't have nearly as much power. How many hits are you going to get on a copycat viral video?
I guess nobody will come out with the name of the child(ren), the usual case. With names known, we'd be able to ascertain the background of the kid Miss Hendrix called that name very easily.

PS. I guess Iโm obligated to comment here, the post having a Minnesota theme to it. Certainly in my youth, there were many young women with the general look of Shiloh, albeit virtually no women with tattoos. There were also very few of our dusky-hued brethren in places like Rochester. Havenโt been to Olmstead county, other than driving through, for a while , iโm not really sure what the demographics are these days. I know that the Rochester high school still have hockey teams, unlike inner city, Minneapolis and Saint Paul, so thatโs a good sign.
All that aside, I do have some trouble sympathizing with young lady. Even badly behaved young people of that age should not be called names. It seems to me, however, I donโt know what went on before and after the video was taken. One thing I have observed in my own new England town is that our local high school has changed quite a bit demographically and not for the better. We have a lot of black kids on our lacrosse team and their default mode, whenever thereโs some kind of disagreement with the other team is to claim that the N-word was used I usually donโt believe it, most white teenagers, particularly boys, are petrified what will happen to them if they use that particular word. Who knows maybe itโs just our team, but the black kids on our team seem absolutely hypersensitive to any slight which which Corresponds to what I sort of observed in the general news reporting. Oh well, more evidence that weโre doomed.

PS I think the eventual and oft-used logic behind white people (not individuals...what is with "individuals" being used all the time in the media, when "people" was formerly used?) no longer being "allowed" to use the n-word was highly tied to the slave and subsequent Jim Crow experiences of ten or more generations of American blacks. This situation sounds like a "right off the boat" black guy, so the "rule" should not necessarily apply here at all, no? Neither he nor any of his ancestors had any Jim Crow prejudice experiences. He was sure quick with his "hate speech" quip though, wasn't he? Maybe he spent some time in Europe, or he's been indoctrinated very fast by a certain leftwing party here. A lot of speech worth hearing is hate speech to somebody. I do think she should have used a different term though (you little f***in' thief maybe? you little barefoot, rug-sniffin' thief?).

PS: Alarmist, it's funny that you mentioned that story just now. A friend bought my food a few days ago at a local health food place that I hardly ever go to*, so after he said that I told the girl behind the counter "That's different. Give me all of that stuff." I kid, often "What's the most expensive thing you've got?"
I went on a long trip with an accountant years ago, and he only paid for one hotel room and maybe a meal or two. He was a tax accountant though, and I told him that he owed me tax advice for life. He's been good for it - must 2 or 3 occasions, but one of them saved me a lot of trouble. He hates the complicated Feral Income Tax system as much as anyone, even though that was his living.
Thanks for the anecdote.
Yeah, I think it's evil too, at the top level. There are big Globalists who do not cotton to a White Middle Class. It interferes with their plans too much.
* He's a vegan, but one can get fish too. Rather than "A meat and 3 veggies", this place a "deal" for "A protein and 3 veggies". I should have told them that "I have a hard time deciding among Alamine, Glutamate, and Lysine. What do you suggest? I like Amino Acids, so ..."

PS: Adam, in my family (growing up), we did not put up with anyone wasting food, whether at home or at a restaurant. I can remember when I was very young being forced to eat my big corrugated French Fries at a non-chain restaurant (as they used to have) on a road trip by my Dad. I'd ordered it, and he said I had to finish though I was stuffed.
Now, I guess I'd grab some of the fries from my kid since I like them so much anyway, but I get the point my Dad was making. It was about money too - we didn't have any extra.
I hate to see people throw out half their stuff.

PS: No hurry on the McCarthy books, Adam, but thanks for making the effort.
Each of the cartoons had a different general look. That 2nd one was too South Parkie. The last one showed the whole situation very well in one shot. Fun stuff.
It was about 15 years ago that I used to eat a lot more fast food. I can remember that one could get a combo meal, Wendy's, BK, whatever for about the $5 range. Stick that and the new price in the calculator that includes compounding. I wonder if Dave's singles and BK Whoppers are those BLS baskets of goods and services.
Those of us who have decent memories have the best idea of how high inflation has been.

PS
Evening, yโall.
Mr. Smith, we just spent the past couple of weeks in the US, and only went out to eat three times. Itโs not really at all about cost, mostly about fquality of food and service, cleanliness.
BTW, I used to work with a very well paid accountant in NYC (boys, get out the rope), and she would always order the most expensive of everything and then insist the group split the bill. Being something of an idiot savant, I shocked her (and the group) by rattling off how much more her share was than anyone elseโs. I hate those people.
TPTB have turned the US into a multi-culti hellhole. I used to think it was naรฏve liberal stupidity and Kumbyah, but it clearly has been an evil plan to divide and subjugate us. That noble English experiment of 800+ years of increasing personal liberty and increasing wealth is being rolled back by a globalist cabal. We probably grew up right at Peak USA.

PS: Good afternoon, Achmed!
So, I haven't uploaded those McCarthy books yet. Partly because of laziness and mostly because the internet has been a bit sketchy the last few days because it has been too rainy for windstream. (I'll upload them soon and get those links to you.)
I did, however, upload a few more Shiloh Hendrix things...
Another link to the same video...
https://rumble.com/v6sxksl-shiloh-hendrix.html
And more Cartoons...
https://i.ibb.co/rGWhPJRs/Shiloh-Hendrix-1.jpg
https://i.ibb.co/8nzJXCg1/Shiloh-Hendrix-2.jpg
https://i.ibb.co/xq6rVHD3/Shiloh-Hendrix-3.jpg
https://i.ibb.co/2DV56z3/Shiloh-Hendrix-4.jpg
I was a little apprehensive about uploading the video to youtube, but I figured, why not. We'll see what happens. So far so good. Seems to me like it will fly.
As you know, Mrs. Smith and I don't often go to restaurants because we can make better food at home for a fraction of the price*. (And as such we are usually a little disappointed when we go to a restaurant.)
We did stop by the Mellow Mushroom last week for one of those White Pizzas we like so much. $28.88 for the pizza and we left the nice, friendly waitress an $8 tip. We brought home half the pizza to eat the next day.
I can also tell you that it costs ~$16 for two Whoppers and one large french fry. (And two free waters.)
Mrs. Smith and I used to love to eat at Atlanta Highway Seafood Market (in Gainesville) but the last time we ate there it was $50 for the both of us. The same meal used to cost us $20 (about 12 years ago). (Then $25. Then $35. Now $50.) This is for the cheapest fried fish lunch. The snapper option or the oyster platter were always a bit more expensive, but now each one costs more than it used to cost for lunch for both of us.
But it's ok. We'll just make fish at home.
$137 (One hundred thirty seven dollars!)
Have you ever met one of those people who always orders fancy expensive drinks, appetizers (plural), the most expensive entrรฉe, and a couple deserts (also plural) to try? And then throws away half the food. (I know one person like this. Her part of the bill is often as high as or higher than everyone else's and it would be different if she were the one paying. She's never even offered to pickup the tip.)
That's about the only way I can imagine running up a $137 tab for two people. That restaurant did not look that expensive.

I ordered more Yamaroku soy sauce the other night.

We've been eating Ching Chong (pretty much vegetable lo mein) about once a week. We also use it for making dipping sauce for potstickers. I first ordered it in February (for $67.33 for the pair), and we're running low. The pair of sauces (one is aged for 2 years while the "finishing sauce", Tsuru-bishio, is aged for 4-5 years) are now $71.88 but it is much tastier than the $4 Kikkoman available locally. It's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. Mrs. Smith really likes it and because she does such a wonderful job cooking all sorts of great things for me the least I can do is keep some of this on hand.

(That's enough for half a year. Maybe longer.)
I also ordered their Ponzu sauce to try...
https://www.ebay.com/itm/126495828241
I don't really know what it is nor do I know how to use it. But we're going to try it. I'll let you know if it's any good.

So, yeah. It's a beautiful day here. Sunny and warm. We're going to clean house today and go play in the garden. I probably have some snow peas and sugar snaps to pick and just a few things to finish cleaning up so we can plant in a couple weeks. Our tomatoes are (mostly) too small to plant, but they germinated really well. (We do have a couple that can go in the dirt. One store bought and one from a friend.) They're sitting in the sun on the deck.
I hope you and the Newman family enjoy your weekend.
Happy Sunday! โฎ๏ธ

PS: I inserted the GiveSendGo link and the video. I felt too tired last evening to go search for it, as I though youtube would surely make it difficult to see. Thanks for hosting it, and thanks for the back-up links.
That restaurant scene, clientele notwithstanding, has me glad I don't go to these types (or any) restaurants much anymore. Just those AppleChileTuesdaythroughFriday place - friend's decision on the road, not mine) are easily 2-3 x more costly than 20 years back, in a time when a different friend liked to go there on occasion. $137!! It was probably not that much food either.
Good one about the reparations! I'd love to hear a, ANY, politician state it that way sometime.

$588,000 and counting. I hope she makes $12 million and moves out of the ghetto to some place nice. I especially hope the NAACP, who is fundraising to prosecute Shiloh Hendrix for using a racial slur gets told to fuck off. Saying the hurty word is not a crime. Nigger fatigue is real and it is spreading...

Don't get me wrong. I think reparations are a wonderful idea. I just don't think there is anyway the ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ค๐ฌ! squatting in America can ever repay the enormous debt they owe to White Americans.

PS:
I believe that there was an All in the Family episode where our hero said: Around here we call a spade a shovel, and a Nigger a Nigger.
Needless to say, I can't find anything about this on the Interwebs.

I would guess picaninny sources from two wordsโฆ pica as in picker (as in cotton pickinโ cotton pickers) and ninny, as in nincompoop.
