Listen, I'm not even going to read, much less link to*, the New York Times article that this post is about. The New York Times has been culturally destructive to America for a century, best we remember. We at Peak Stupidity do understand, though. that the fact that there are lots of people who do read that gray rag means it should still be important what is written there. Steve Sailer understands this and faces this horror daily.
For different reasons**, I can't access Mr. Sailer's post on this matter, G.K. Chesterton’s Fence vs. Robert Frost’s Wall. He got all literary-like and poetic there, as we did 8 1/2 years back***, but it's his bi-line that's of interest and brings out the NYT mass hypocrisy: 98% white Latvia has fenced off its border to keep Third World immigrants from flooding in. Does the New York Times object?
Well, no, they don't, because Latvia is under attack by weaponized immigration from Russia, yes, THE Russia. Thanks to Unz Review commenter MEH here I see the headline by that rag is: A Front Line at the Border: How Russia Uses Migrants as Weapons Against Europe. Bi-line: The scheme is part of Russia’s larger strategy for sowing discord in the West, if more subtle than other recent operations blamed on the Kremlin. By Adam Goldman and Michael Schwirtz.
For these NYT guys named Goldman and Schwirtz, it's always "Russia, Russia, Russia!" It wasn't that long ago, '85, '92, maybe '03, that the Pogroms happened, and men on horseback did something to somebody. Seems like it's been just a few weeks rather than ... those years were in the 19th century - you knew that - just saving characters here to help your page loading speeds.
(OK, well, the Russians were OK for 70 years cause, Communism, as our guy Duranty explained, but ...) The Russians - what AREN'T they responsible for?! One hundred thousand dollars (!) in facebook ads to get Trump elected? The Russians! Invading some next-door country out of the blue that wasn't doin' nuthin'? The Russians! The meteoric rise of the Kardashians? The Russians!
That's not the main piece of hypocrisy of these NYT writers. It's improbable, but not possible, that Messrs Goldman and Schwirtz were each in a coma for from '21 through '24. Maybe their memories are good but just really, really short, because I can easily remember immigration being used as a weapon by Dark Brandon and his Communist minion Alley-hondro Mayorkas against America and Americans. A whole lot of discord was sown by that scheme.
Rather than a few hundred or whatever thousand Middle Eastern weapons of class destruction the Russians have been deploying against Latvia, The Globalist/Deep State run US Feral Gov't deployed 10-12 million! Most, unfortunately, are still here. Unlike old American dropped bombs still sitting in the hills and jungles of Vietnam, there's no way to disarm these weapons of their loads of bad genes.
Of course we can go back through 1965 and the Hart-Cellar Act, to see mass immigration being used as weaponry. Mass immigration was a blunt weapon in the early days, but in this century, targeting has gotten better. SMI, Smart Mass Immigration, has enabled bad actors to target whole economic sectors and individual White towns at will. whatever need be destroyed in America. Much discord has been sown.
The Weapons of Class Destruction used against the White Western World have included dozens of millions of people and the destruction wrought has numbered in the hundreds of millions of lives adversly affected. The story in the NYT article makes the Russians look not even like pikers, but like kids with rubber band guns in comparison.
Yet, the "Newspaper of Record" has missed this BIG STORY for half a century and is just now Noticing™ "how Russia uses migrants as weapons..." To quote the many bloggers on Instapundit, "you can't hate these people enough.", the Regime Media, that is.
I'd hate to see any cultural destruction of Latvia, just another small White land, but, whatever the feud is there, I gotta give Vlad Putin some credit. Where did he come up with this one weird trick?

** This is probably the 3rd time, but for the record, it's not about the money. I won't sign up for Mr. Sailer's substack based on life-is-short reasons. I know that if I can access the comments, I WILL spend hours reading and likely writing that I don't want to part with. It's like they tell you in those 12-step programs - well, they SHOULD anyway - just don't get started. Don't pick up the bottle to begin with.
I will say that Mr. Sailer is using his Marketing degree pretty well with these paywalls. He gives you a little bit, maybe a good bit, but then he's got a question you know he's gonna answer answer, and ... NOPE, pay up bitchez!
*** We brought up the old Robert Frost poem in early '18, with Something there is that doesn't like a wall ... - Part 1 - - Part 2 and Part 3. I've got half a mind to rename them. Some people there are that you'd really like a wall for.. .
